Our History
Reach Out Inc was founded in 1992 with a simple but powerful idea: that individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in central and southwest Oklahoma deserved the same quality of services and community support available in larger cities. Families in smaller communities often face long distances and limited options for disability services, and Reach Out was created to help close that gap.
What began as a small operation in Anadarko has grown into one of the region's most trusted disability service providers, employing about 140 dedicated professionals and serving individuals and families across central and southwest Oklahoma.
Through changing times and evolving needs, our core commitment has never wavered: to reach out with compassion, advocate for every person we serve, and help them live with greater independence and joy.
